Location and accessibility

The B&B Villa Rafels is easily accessible by car and by public transport

When you come by car:

From Ghent:

After the Kennedy Tunnel (E17) Take Exit 5 "Wilrijk-Berchem"; Turn left at the traffic lights. Then at the next lights turn left towards "Singel-Zuid". At the second lights on the right (van Putlei). At the end of the van Putlei to the left (Markgravelei) and then the first left. You are in the Arthur Goemaerelei. Drive until almost the end of the Arthur Goemaerelei, on the left side is the bed and breakfast.

From Brussels:

In the Craeybeckx Tunnel (E19) Follow direction "Antwerpen Centrum"; At Take the lights after the tunnel to the left (Singel). Then take the third lights on the right (van Putlei). At the end of the van Putlei to the left (Mark Gravelei) and then the first left. You are in the Arthur Goemaerelei. Drive until almost the end of the Arthur Goemaerelei, on the left side is the bed and breakfast.

From the Netherlands:

Follow the Ring towards "Brussel Wilrijk E19-A12" and take Exit "Berchem"; Follow the direction "Wilrijk – Antwerpen Centrum A12" and keep to the right. Then at the traffic lights (the Crowne Plaza Hotel is on your right) turn right until the second traffic lights where you take left direction "Singel-Zuid". At the second traffic lights turn right (van Putlei). At the end of the van Putlei to the left (Markgravelei) and then the first left. You are in the Arthur Goemaerelei. Drive until almost the end of the Arthur Goemaerelei, on the left side is the bed and breakfast.

Parking facilities:

The large parking lot at the end of the Arthur Goemarelei is free. In all other streets, paying parking is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sms parking is possible. More info

Antwerp Low Emission Zone

Villa Rafels and the parking are located in the Low emission zone of the city of Antwerp. This is the only way to drive vehicles that meet certain environmental criteria. If you come by public transport:

• At walking distance (10 mins) from Station Antwerpen Zuid
• Antwerp Central Station: by tram
  • Line 2: Direction Hoboken in PreMetro Station ' Diamant ' (Central station). Ritduur: +/-10 min.
  • Line 6: Direction Olympiad in PreMetro Station "Diamant" (Central station). Ritduur: +/-10 min. Exit Stop: "Desingel". This stop is located at +/-5 min walk from bed and breakfast
